Discovering the Champion in you

September 18, 2015 by frankwaive 1 Comment

1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light
Many times we put off what we know God wants us to do, maybe its a dream or hubby that God wants us to pursue like starting a business, learning a new hobby, joining the choir, we know God wants us to do these things on the inside but so often we make excuses on the inside. Things like am too busy, i tried and failed, am not that talented, its easy to talk ourselves out of them, but the truth is, God never aborts a dream. We may give up on them, quit believing we can overcome that obstacle but every dream every promise God put in your heart, he still has every intention of bringing it to pass
You’re not too old or too young, you’ve got to rise up in faith and pursue your destiny.
Do you see yourself as weak and beggarly, do you see yourself as too poor, too ugly, too weak to be anything? That is not the right way, in Proverbs 23:7a, the scriptures declare For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he
Don’t let one disappointment or even a series of disappointments make you give up and decide to settle where you are, you may have tried and failed a thousand times, you never know number 1001 may be the door that swings open wide, get your fire back!
Life may not have treated you fairly, but God is fair, and he’s not done with you yet! With this kind of attitude, the rest of your life can be the best of your life, If you stay in faith, one touch from is enough to change everything!
James 1:2–4
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing
Thats the way our God is, he knows how to make music out of trash, he can take the very thing that was meant to defeat you and make it something that leads to a testimony!
A champion is someone who has fought many times and won, A Champion would always face opposition, the good news is, he’ll come out victorious as well, Don’t be afraid of challenges, The life of a champion is a life of victories, conquer your world!

Dear President Barack Obama

July 31, 2015 by frankwaive Leave a Comment

Dear President Barack Obama,
I know you’re a busy man, so am just going to get to it.
There are millions of people currently displaced and dying in Syria at the moment, mostly affected by this are women and children.

A conflict environment promotes poverty, crime, breeding of terrorism and many other wrong vices. Ignoring the Syrian conflict is equivalent to deliberately increasing future problems not just for Syria but the entire region and the United States; Young Syrians would grow up poor, uneducated and angry with you and the United States for deliberately letting them suffer.

You would not always be in in office, so now that You’re there, stop the bloodshed else posterity would remember you as the man who watched millions die and did not do enough to stop it, as the man who watched the future and lives of millions in Syria depreciate and cut short, as the man who allowed an enabling environment for terrorism to fester.

Please do something before you can no longer do anything about it.

With love from Nigeria

Frank Waive.

How to Transfer Your Voter Registration

Have you moved locations since the 2011 election? Here’s how you can transfer your existing registration to your current area.

Before doing anything do not forget to check your status. This will give you the most accurate information on your voting status and save you time at your local INEC office or polling unit.

  1. Write a letter to INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner of the State where you currently reside.
Attach your voter’s card to the letter
  2. Take the letter to the INEC office in your current Local Government Area
  3. This needs to happen no later than 30 days before the date of an election in your constituency
  4. Your application will be transferred to the Resident Electoral Commissioner, who will direct the Electoral Officer of the applicants Local Government Area who will action your query.
  5. The Electoral Officer will assign you to a polling unit in your constituency and issue you with a new voters card.

Lost/Damaged Voter Card

If your Temporary Voters Card is lost or damaged, take a photo ID and a passport photograph to the same polling unit where you registered/voted in 2011. Your Permanent Voters Card should be printed and ready for pick up.

If your Permanent Voters Card is not printed this means you are not registered.

Go to www.eie.ng to see the dates for registration (CVR) in your state and the location of your local Polling Unit where you can register and pick up your Permanent Voters Card.
